Will Pickering talks about People. Culture. Execution in The Fitness Blitz Podcast.
Will has held almost every position within a health club over the last 13 years resulting in a strong understanding of how different clubs can operate successfully and exceed member expectations. Will holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Sonoma State University and a master’s degree in sport psychology from John F. Kennedy University. His current project is being the General Manager of VillaSport San Jose, 130,000 sq. foot luxury resort health club where he was brought on as employee #1 to take the club from a dirt lot to a fully operational mega club with over 350 employees.
