Originally certified by the Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, I've amassed a long list of specialist certifications through NASM. I've previously competed in the NANBF and been asked to staff the Beijing Olympics. My wife, I and our staff now provide one-on-one personal training and corporate wellness services around the Omaha metro.
