Fabrizio Grimaldi talks about The Immense Joy of Teaching in The Fitness Blitz Podcast.
Born and raised in Avellino, small town in the south of Italy. 28 years old. Own a master's degree in classical philology. Always been in love with movement. Been playing volleyball up until my late teens. While at university, I began attending courses to get certified as a trainer. Kept on drawing on the lessons of Mike Boyle, Mike Robertson, Eric Cressey, Vern Gambetta, Max Shank, Fabio Zonin. Got certified through Dragondoor, Strongfirst, FMS and Mike Boyle' CFSC. Currently enrolled in an exercise science program and working in local gyms where I mainly lead Group classes. When I can make time, I also help out a few immature volleyball teams with regards to physical prep.
