I was severely overweight and was told by doctors I was pre diabetic and my life was going to be shortened if I didn’t make changes. I was only 33 at the time. At the same time I was a raging alcoholic and I was literally a ticking time bomb. Having a high stress corporate job adding to the stress on my body. Fast forward to today I am in the best shape of my life after, left my corporate job in December of last year and started a online fitness solution company leveraging the years of business knowledge in the services industry. I have 3 additional coaches working on my team. I’m now 40 years old and my passion and purpose is to help inspire others to become the best versions of themselves.
